How does my food stay fresh in transit?

To keep your meals and snacks cold and fresh throughout their journey to you, we use insulated packaging and non-toxic gel packs designed to keep your food at or below refrigerated temperatures for a minimum of 48 hours until their arrival to you. Please follow storage instructions to ensure your food stays fresh once its been unpacked.

Please place Kids Meals, Finger Foods, Oaties, and Superfood Smoothies in the refrigerator and place Super Sammies in the freezer. Our Mighty Bites are made with naturally shelf-stable ingredients, and can be kept fresh at room temperature in a pantry or cabinet.
