How do I update my shipping address or temporarily change my shipping address?

You can update your default address or add a new address within the Delivery Address section of your account. Sign in and go to Account, Account Settings and select Delivery Address. From here you will be able to update your default address or add a new address and make it your default address. Please note that any orders that have been processed before the change will still be produced and shipped as scheduled. If you’d like to change your delivery address after an order’s cutoff, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at support@nurturelife.com or 312.517.1888, and we will do whatever we can to help make the address change.


You can also temporarily change your delivery address for just one (or multiple) upcoming order(s). To do this, you will first need to add the temporary address as a saved address to the Delivery Address section of your account by following the steps directly above. Once you have saved your temporary address, go to Orders, then click into the specific week you’d like to change the delivery address for. Scroll to the bottom and under Shipping To, click the arrow next to your default address and select the address you’d like this order delivered to. Be sure to click the Save Changes and “Just this once” buttons to confirm your temporary address for this order.


Please note that changes in address may also change your delivery day of week as our shipping options vary based on zip code.
