What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?

If you aren’t home to receive your delivery, our shipping provider will generally leave your package at your doorstep, with a doorman or in a packaging room, as applicable. Since our food is packaged to remain cold for a minimum of 48 hours, our refrigerated/frozen products should remain cold and fresh until you return home and can place them in the proper storage later that day.
