How do Nurture Life meals and snacks stay fresh for a whole week?

After your meals and snacks are prepared and cooked, they are immediately cooled, plated and sealed using modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), which pushes out the oxygen with inert gasses. By removing the oxygen that causes food deterioration, we are able to extend the amount of time our meals stay fresh without adding preservatives. Our Superfood Smoothies are kept fresh through cold pressing (See the Superfood Smoothies FAQs for more information). Super Sammies are meant to kept in the freezer and stay fresh for up to 6 months.
