Can I permanently include or exclude specific items from my orders?
Yes! To permanently include or exclude specific meals, snacks or smoothies for your orders, sign into and go to the Account page. Click Always Adds/Never Adds. This feature can also be accessed within the Preferences of each family member.
On the menu items, click "Always Add" for the items you always want to include and "Never Add" for items you always want to exclude. For the items you always want to include, you will be prompted to select the quantity desired per week. You may click Clear Preference to reset the menu item setting.
Please note that if you change your family’s preferences after an order cutoff has already passed, that order will be filled based on your previous preferences. All future orders that have not yet been altered will be filled based on your new preferences.
