How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, sign in, click “Account,” and scroll to the bottom of the page where it says “To cancel your subscription, please click here.” Click the link and follow the steps to cancel your account.  You can also cancel your subscription by contacting our customer experience team at support@nurturelife.com or 312.517.1888.

If you do not want to receive your next order, cancellations must be made before your order cutoff date and time. If your cancellation occurs after the cutoff, you will still receive your confirmed order as your final order and will be responsible for the associated charges.
