How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, sign in, go to Account, scroll to the bottom and select the “Click Here” link under the Pause Subscription prompt. You can also cancel your subscription by contacting our customer experience team at support@nurturelife.com or 312.517.1888.

If you do not want to receive your next order, cancellations must be made before your order cutoff date and time. If your cancellation occurs after the cutoff, you will still receive your confirmed order as your final order and will be responsible for the associated charges.
