Can Nurture Life products be frozen?

Kids Meals, Finger Foods, Oaties, and Superfood Smoothies can be frozen for up to 90 days as long as they are placed in the freezer on or before the enjoy by date, which is printed on the packaging.

Super Sammies are meant to be stored in the freezer. Mighty Bites are shelf stable and should be stored in the pantry, counter, or cabinet.

To defrost meals, simply place them in the refrigerator overnight to thaw. This may take anywhere from 18–24 hours for our Kids Meals and 12–18 hours for our Finger Foods. For more freezing and heating methods, visit our blog post: How to Freeze Meals from Nurture Life.
