How do you keep smoothies fresh for so long?

To keep your smoothies fresh without adding any preservatives, we use a pasteurization process called HPP (high pressure processing), also commonly referred to as “cold pressed”. Once our smoothies are bottled, this process uses pressure to inactivate the microorganisms that cause fresh food to spoil. Because there is no heat involved, it’s a much gentler way to prevent spoilage – one that retains the nutrients and flavors while ensuring food safety.
